How many guests can Cornerstone Weddings host?
We offer three venue spaces, including the iconic Cornerstone Theatre in Canmore, the Rundleview Room in Kananaskis Provincial Park and the Vista, just 5 minutes outside of Canmore. Venue capacities are as follows:
Cornerstone Theatre: Up to 180 guest
The Rundleview Room: Up to 80 guests
The Vista: Up to 130 guests
Who sets up and packs down the décor, and can I bring extra decor?
Our job is to bring your vision to life (and we take that job seriously). Your in-house team will do all of your setup and tear down of décor, including the accessories you provide. Please note: We do not allow extra lighting (twinkle lights, chandeliers, etc), lanterns, or decor to be hung from our ceiling or affixed to our walls. If you do have extra décor that may interfere with this policy, we ask that you get in touch with your Wedding Coordinator before purchasing anything, as we do have the right to refuse.
How much does a wedding cost at Cornerstone Weddings?

Can we bring in our own caterer or beverages?
No, all food and beverages served on your wedding day must be supplied by Cornerstone Weddings. But you won't want to bring in anyone external. We have an incredible team of chefs and expertly designed menus that will leave your guests raving about the food for years to come.
What happens if the weather ruins our plans for an outdoor ceremony?
In case of inclement weather, Cornerstone Weddings has you covered. We offer a stunning indoor venue as a backup, ensuring your ceremony can proceed seamlessly and beautifully, regardless of the weather. Our dedicated wedding coordinators will manage all the logistics, so you can relax and enjoy your special day stress-free.
What is the best season to get married in Canmore?
